| 1 | At this time, no we do not accept any other
method of payment. PayPal allows customers to use a variety of credit
cards to complete transactions. It's a very simple system, which works
very well. This way, you can use a credit card to complete your purchase
without delay.

| 2 | The purchase process with Mikes Flip Themes
is NOT totally automated. Most of the smaller purchases are completely
automated, with downloads happening directly after the purchase.
However, on a couple of the larger purchases, there will need to be a couple of email contacts before
those downloads are made available. The reason for this is that no two purchases
of themes are the same. With more than 300 themes available, everyone
purchases different themes, so the download details have to be adjusted
for each and every purchase.
For purchases that involve YOUR selection of themes, if you do NOT hear from me within 24 hours, then send me an email. If you still do not hear back, please initiate contact by joining the FlipAlbum forum, and sending a "Private Message" to "Mike MacDonald". This is a "last resort" contact method, and has only needed to happen once or twice. The only reason this may be required is because of today's email spam protection initiatives. Sometimes emails just don't get through to the intended persons, (including me).

subscription are completely private and are never shared or sold.

they stopped html and flash from working with their product. Sales of the
flash covers stopped, so we removed them from the website.

| 8 | Yes, the tutorials are designed for
beginners. The tutorials are provided in a simple to use EBOOK, created
with Easy Ebook Creator. What you
get is a single "exe" program that opens just like any browser, and has a
complete menuing system allowing you to access all of the tutorials
easily, and repeatedly.

| 9 | Yes, my themes will function in the exact
same way as the ones that come with the software. In fact, you install my
themes in the same folder where the EBS themes are stored! Each of my
themes has its own "theme.ini" file, which is what allows FlipAlbum
software to recognize and use the theme from within the program. When you
purchase my themes, you will be given a link to a help file, which will
help explain how to use the themes, including the many "extra" images that
are included with my themes.

by email about every product promotion that is offered. In fact, some
promotions that are on this website are NOT the same as what members of
